Dave Brereton

Executive Chairman

Mr. David Brereton is the founder and current Executive Chairman of TECSYS Inc. Under his vision and leadership, TECSYS has grown from a start-up company to a leading international provider of software solutions to multinational corporations, achieving 300% growth between 1989-1992 and continuing to expand in more recent years. Mr. Brereton served as TECSYS' President until 1995, when The Financial Post and Arthur Andersen & Co chose it as one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Private Companies. In 1996, Mr. Brereton was named one of the country's Top 40 Executives Under 40, by The Financial Post, The Caldwell Partners, CTV Television Network, and Canadian Airlines.

Peter Brereton

President and CEO
President, Enterprise Supply Chain Group

Mr. Peter Brereton was appointed President of TECSYS Inc. in 1995 and CEO in 1998 and was largely responsible for TECSYS' IPO on the Toronto and Montreal stock exchanges. He has led the company's strategies to increase market share in the supply chain management software arena for high-volume distributed order fulfillment. In 2001, Mr. Brereton successfully led the company in delivering the Web-based supply chain management suite of applications, enabling complex distribution operations to achieve supply chain excellence.

Berty Ho-Wo-Cheong

Vice-President, Finance and Administration and CFO

Mr. Berty Ho-Wo-Cheong has held the position of VP, Finance and Administration and CFO of TECSYS, since 1998. Mr. Ho-Wo-Cheong played a key role in taking TECSYS from a private company through the IPO process. He currently oversees the areas of finance, administration, management information systems and sales administration. Prior to joining TECSYS, Mr. Ho-Wo-Cheong was Director of Budget and Financial Systems for Microcell Telecommunications from 1996 to 1998 and has held various senior management finance and accounting positions, during his 13-year tenure with Teleglobe Inc..

Patricia Barry

Vice-President, Human Resources

Ms. Patricia Barry rejoined TECSYS in 2004 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining TECSYS, Ms. Barry was Vice President of Human Resources at EXFO Protocol and brings with her over 22 years of experience in Human Resources, mostly acquired in the high-tech industry.
