Enhancements to Order-Stream™ Make It More Versatile and Robust Than Ever!

MARKHAM, March 26, 2003 — PointForce announces today the latest release of the most revolutionary order entry automation tool for the gift and home accessories markets yet - PointForce Order-Stream™ 4.0. With the addition of the Order-Stream™ Web Administrator, users can securely upload customer, ship-to addresses and product files with the on-line maintenance programs. Additional features such as enhanced flexibility of PDA preferences and control of price and discount overrides make Order-Stream™ 4.0 the most robust order entry system available today.

PointForce Order-Stream™ is unique because it offers a pay-per-order transaction billing method for each order taken on a sales rep's PDA (personal digital assistant). It also offers the electronic exchange of customer, order and inventory information between sales reps and their company's back office system anytime and anywhere using the Internet. The head office can then download the orders electronically into the back office system for immediate processing, while uploading the most current customer and product inventory information to the Internet server. Sales reps receive the updated information when they synchronize their PDAs. With access anywhere in the world, a secure log-in will grant administrators access to their Order-Stream™ service and allow whatever updates are permitted with the system configuration.
